Return Policy - Heartmade Tunes

At Heartmade Tunes we offer custom digital songs, created specifically based on your wishes and instructions. Because our products are digital, personalized and begin immediately after purchase, special rules apply for returns and cancellations.

1. No standard returns on digital customized services

According to current consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • digital content delivered electronically, when the customer has expressly requested that the work begin immediately,

  • customized or tailor-made products created uniquely for you.

When you make a purchase from us, you therefore agree that:

  • production of your song may begin immediately, and

  • The right of withdrawal may therefore cease as soon as the work has started.

This is because the work is creative and unique — it is not possible to “take back” work that has already been done.

2. No refund once work has begun

Due to the nature of the service, it is not possible to request a full refund once production of the song has begun.

The work involves:

  • script and text writing

  • music production

  • creative processing

  • mixing and possibly mastering

  • time, creative commitment and planning

This is work that cannot be undone.

3. How we ensure your satisfaction

We want you to love your song.
Therefore, we offer the audits that are included in the package you have chosen (the number is on the product page).

The audits may cover:

  • small text adjustments

  • minor changes in mix or instrument selection

  • adjustment of mood or pitch

More extensive changes may be offered for a fee — we will resolve it together if necessary.

4. If you are really not satisfied

We always do our best to create something personal, beautiful and memorable.
But if, despite revision options, you really don't like the song, then:

We will engage in dialogue – and find a reasonable solution.

This could, for example, mean:

  • an extra minor revision

  • partial refund in exceptional cases

  • or whatever feels right in the situation

We guarantee that you will be listened to, and that we will act reasonably and fairly.

5. Cancellation before work has started

If you change your mind about your purchase before we have started any part of production, we can in many cases offer a refund, minus any transaction fees from payment providers.

Once the work has begun, the points above apply.

6. Incorrect or incomplete deliveries

Should something technically go wrong during delivery, e.g.:

  • corrupt audio file

  • wrong song sent

  • incomplete delivery

We will of course fix this free of charge.
